I have had trouble with bleeding off and on for the last six years. It seems to get worse with stress. Lately, it feels like I need to "go" constantly and sometimes nothing but blood comes out. I've been ignoring it hoping it would go away–also thinking it was probably something like hemroids so not anything to get worked up over. Starting to have nagging cramping in my abdomen and pain in my lower back as well.

You definitely should not have waited six years to find out what's going on! You need to see a doctor immediately to rule out cancer and other serious conditions.

I'm a 30 year old straight male who occasionly bleeds a little when I wipe. I thought it may be hemroids but have no other symptoms besides the bleeding and an occasional itching. Not to be gross but there are times even after I'm done going tot he bathroom that I feel wet there, and will wipe it and find a small trace of blood.

Could be wiping to hard and causing an anal fissure. Try not wiping as hard, maybe use something like baby wipes/flushables for a while and see if it goes away.

Not to gross you out but maybe have your gf/wife check out that area or get a mirror and a flashlight and see if there is a slight tear down there. OUCH!

Good Luck and if all else fells go see your doctor ASAP!
